Bagel cookies

Ingredients for the dough:

-1 egg

  • 200g. Cottage cheese
  • 50 g sugar
  • vanillin – 1 Pack.
  • Sour cream -2 tbsp.
  • butter 82.5% – 50 g (melt)
  • a pinch of salt
  • wheat flour -300g.
  • baking powder -0.5 tsp.
  1. Stir the egg, sugar and vanillin thoroughly with a whisk;

2.add cottage cheese, sour cream (punch with a blender if the cottage cheese is grainy);

  1. add melted butter, mix everything.
  2. Add sifted flour, baking powder and knead the dough. Do not add too much flour; you should get a soft and elastic dough that does not stick to your hands.
  3. Cover the dough with cling film and let stand for 30 minutes at room temperature

Preparing the apple filling🍎:

-3 apples grate on a coarse grater, add -2 tsp. sugar and
-0.5 tsp cinnamon hammer, simmer all this for 10 minutes. in a frying pan, adding
-drain oil 30 grams.
Let the filling cool.

Next, divide the dough in half. First we roll out one part, and for now we put the second one under the film.

Roll out the dough into a circle with a thin layer with a diameter of approximately ~30 cm, divide it into 8 equal triangles, make three small cuts at the base of the corners, lay out the filling as in the video and roll it into a bagel.

Bake for 30 minutes. at 180 degrees with convection.
